PEPPER CHICKEN CURRY 



Ingredients: 
500 g chicken, boneless or with bones (cut into pieces).
Onions: two medium-sized, thinly sliced
Green chilies: 2-3 slit (optional for heat)
Garlic: 6-7 cloves minced
Ginger: 1 inch piece, grated
Black pepper: 2 tsp coarsely ground.
Turmeric powder: 1/2 teaspoon.
Coriander powder: 1 teaspoon.
Curry leaves are 10-12 leaves.
Tomato: one medium-sized, finely sliced
Yogurt: 2 tablespoons (optional for tenderizing).
Oil: 2-3 tbsp (coconut oil works well for this recipe).
Salt: to taste.
